Dear Parents/Guardians,

Assalam Alaykum,

AlBaqir Academy will be hosting Robotics Club after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

If you give permission for your child to participate in this club, please sign this form by Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.

Transportation:

You must arrange for transportation from the Robotics club at 4:00 PM. Bus students who choose to participate must arrange for a ride at 4:00 PM. Students not picked up by 4:10 PM will incur a $50 fee that will be charged to the parents.

Transportation must be prompt 2 or more late pickups from the Robotics Club will result in your child being asked not to attend future club meetings.
