After-School Club 2026/2027

Accidents can occur with or without any fault on either the part of the student, or the school, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are accepting the risk of an accident occurring, and agree that this activity, as described above, is suitable for your child.*

I acknowledge that participation in the Martial Arts Club & Soccer Club involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, bruises, strains, sprains, or other injuries. By allowing my child to participate, I confirm that I understand and accept these risks and that my child will follow all safety instructions and directions provided by the instructor and school staff.*

I understand that my child may be exposed to certain risks while participating in this activity and that accidents and injuries may occur. I also understand that I will not hold AlBaqir Academy, its staff, instructors, volunteers, and representatives liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur to my child. Moreover, I give my permission for my child to receive medical emergency treatment if required.*
