An educational field trip has been scheduled for your child’s class to Fort Edmonton Park on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
AlBaqir Academy requires each student to have an advance written permission to go on a field trip. Students who do not have prior written permission will not be able to participate in the field trip.

Location: Fort Edmonton Park (7000 143 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6H 3P4).
Date: Thursday, June 19, 2025.
Grades: 3 and 4.
Time: During school hours.
Transportation: School Bus provided by AlBaqir Academy. Students will be picked up and dropped off to and from the Academy.
Fee: $15.00.
Uniform: Students are required to wear the AlBaqir Academy uniform on this trip. Also, dress according to the weather.
What to Bring:
Accidents can occur with or without any fault on either the part of the student, or the school, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are accepting the risk of an accident occurring, and agree that this activity, as described above, is suitable for your child.
Please complete the next page of this form. This permission form must be received to the school by Monday, June 16th, 2025.
I have read the information above and give my permission for my child to attend the Fort Edmonton Park (7000 143 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6H 3P4) field trip on Thursday, June 19, 2025, during school hours. I also understand that AlBaqir Academy will be transporting my child by bus to and from the Fort Edmonton Park. I understand that my child may be exposed to certain risks while participating in this activity and that accidents and injuries may occur. I also understand that I will not hold AlBaqir Academy or any member of its staff liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur to my child. Moreover, I give my permission for my child to receive medical emergency treatment if required.
