Sassy G’s Adventure Farm Field Trip (Grade 2) 2025/2026

Accidents can occur with or without any fault on either the part of the student, or the school, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are accepting the risk of an accident occurring, and agree that this activity, as described above, is suitable for your child.*

I have read the information above and give my permission for my child to attend the Sassy G’s Adventure Farm (51009C Range Road 273, Spruce Grove, Alberta, T7Y 1H5) Field Trip on Thursday, May 21, 2026, during school hours. I also understand that AlBaqir Academy will be transporting my child by bus to and from the Field Trip.*

I understand that my child may be exposed to certain risks while participating in this activity and that accidents and injuries may occur. I also understand that I will not hold AlBaqir Academy or any member of its staff liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur to my child. Moreover, I give my permission for my child to receive medical emergency treatment if required.*
