Dear Parents/Guardians of AlBaqir Academy students,

We pray you are all doing well. Please review the following important information below.

 

Uniform Fittings

 

AlBaqir Academy is using a new uniform company, Top Marks, for the coming academic year. This is an experienced company with high standards. We are sure that you will be pleased with the quality of the materials. The uniforms are not changing for most students except for high school boys, and the addition of uniform socks. Parents can order the garments as needed. New students will have to order the full set of the uniform attire. We also strongly recommend having at least two sets of uniform because they are mandatory and students who will attend the Academy not wearing the proper uniform will be provided with the uniform they are missing and the parents will be invoiced for the garment.

 

We will be holding uniform fittings at AlBaqir Academy for the 2021/2022 academic year from Monday May 31, 2021 until Friday June 4, 2021, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. and on Saturday June 5, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Please ensure to book an appointment for your child’s uniform fitting during these hours to fit and order the uniforms. Payment for uniforms ordered for your child will be made on the day of your appointment using a credit card. Kindly ensure to attend your appointment on time in order to get the maximum benefit for fitting while also respecting the time of those who will be coming after you. 

 

Please enter the Academy from the side gate and go through to the gym at the back. Kindly ensure to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. You are also required to fill out the health assessment form found on our website at the following link: https://www.albaqiracademy.com/visitors

 

Please select the link below to book an appointment for your child’s uniform fitting. Each appointment is 15 minutes long.

Furthermore, it is important that your children be fitted for their uniform on these days as AlBaqir Academy will not be responsible for any wrong sizes received. Uniforms are mandatory and students are required to be in uniform from the first week of instruction.
