Assalam Alaykum,

There is an educational field trip that has been organized for the students to the Edmonton Convention Centre for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

AlBaqir Academy requires advance written permission for each student to participate in this field trip. Please note that students without prior written consent will not be able to attend.

Uniform: Students are required to wear the AlBaqir Academy uniform on this trip

Accidents can occur with or without any fault on either the part of the student, or the school, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are accepting the risk of an accident occurring, and agree that this activity, as described above, is suitable for your child.

I have read the information above and give my permission for my child to attend the Edmonton Convention Centre (9797 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, AB T5J 1N9) field trip on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, during school hours. I also understand that AlBaqir Academy will be transporting my child by bus to and from the Edmonton Convention Centre.

I understand that my child may be exposed to certain risks while participating in this activity and that accidents and injuries may occur. I also understand that I will not hold AlBaqir Academy or any member of its staff liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur to my child. Moreover, I give my permission for my child to receive medical emergency treatment if required.
